Since our evolutionary repertoire shows the capacity of human belief predates belief in the God of the biblical text, I’d wager that the study of anthropology is equally important as theology (and other disciplines) to better understand humanity and the world. Transdisciplinarity is coming of age and finding a niche for itself.
